The main attractions of this package involve the technique and right way for self defense along with proper strength required by the body to perform these activities. During this activity you must be dedicated, disciplined and strong witted because this requires a lot of patience and is a dangerous sport if not given proper guidance and technique.
This is a one time trail class. This package involves series of Martial Arts such as Nogi BJJ, Muai Thai, MMA striking, Wrestling, Bjj Gi Comp class and Boxing that are various forms and Crosstrain Fight Club offers proper guidance and technique to all forms of Martial Arts including the right teachings as to not misuse this art.For all those who are caught up in the time trap and cannot train with group may train individually, as Crosstrain Fight Club also offers Boxing between 7:30pm to 9pm. Karate, Judo, and Aikido are all martial arts. 2. Nogi BJJ - Is a form of Gi Bjj that grapples without the use of the traditional uniform. 3. Muai Thai - It is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. 4. MMA striking - It is a hand-to-hand combat between opponents while in a standing position. 5. Wrestling - This is a sport of grappling with an opponent and trying to throw or hold them down on the ground, typically according to a code of rules. 6. Bjj Gi Comp class - Focused primarily on sparring in the gi, the Competition Gi Program is designed to prepare students for gi competition. 7. Boxing - Boxing is a sport that involves two athletes fighting each other, trying to punch their opponent with padded gloves on their fists.
