Accordingly, in performance of the Agreement, the Parties shall conduct themselves with due regard to concerns with respect to protection of the environment and comply with the requirements of applicable Indian laws and the reasonable requirements of the Government from time to time.
Adventure Monk Services Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Adventure Monk”) is committed to environment friendly mining and power generation by adopting latest pollution control devices, best land reclamation practices , waste minimisation and utilisation techniques to conserve natural resources, integrated water management system , introducing clean and energy efficient technologies, complying with statutory requirement and work proactively to conserve biodiversity, maintaining ecological balance thereby bringing long term positive impact on the employees and surrounding community to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
