The single loaded pistol in 4.5 millimetre calibre(.177) is what are used into the Olympics for the championships. These pistols are used in 10m competitions in tournament and championships. Aim Point Shooting Academy uses the same to provide you with the perfect training environment so that you train effectively. The rules of this event are a replica of the 10m Air Rifle. It features a men’s, women’s and mixed team category. Shooters in the solo categories fire 60 shots within a timeframe of one hour and 15 minutes before the top-eight move on to the medal round. In the mixed team event, each team member fires 40 shots and the five top-scoring teams slug it out for the overall honours.

The enthusiasts have to follow the instructions laid out by the instructors and have to keep in mind the safety of not only themselves but also others. They should also adhere to the advice that has been given by the coaches to prevent any future or unforeseen injury which are as follows: 1. Always keeps firearms pointed in safe direction. 2. Always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot. 3. Always keep your firearms unloaded, until on the line ready to shoot 4. Eye and Ear protection are required for all range shooting. 5. Do not use any drugs, consume any alcohol before coming to the facility. 6. Never step beyond the firing line when the range is hot. 7.Unload and show clear before leaving the firing line. 8. Use of tracer, incendiary and armour piercing round is prohibited. 9. Pick up all the trash, targets and spent casing after shooting and only when the range is cold. .....Failure to abide by the above rules may lead to removal from the facility and further shooting privileges.
